As a Registered Dietitian with a Dietetics and Food Service Management degree from Murray State University, I have been able to combine my creative approach to cooking with the management aspect of my degree. This has provided me with the opportunity to turn my passion into a career and allows me to do what I love to do…Serve my Clients during Parties. My educational background seems to lend itself to a fresh approach to food. For years, I hosted upscale dinner parties in my home for my friends and family. I realized that being a hostess and a cook was so difficult that I could not enjoy my own parties at times.
