There are so many options that it can be overwhelming – especially when Laura brings out the pictures of food and box of fun serving ware during the meeting. - Date: Gives opportunity for proper seasonal menu planning
- Location: Allows menu planning that is best suited for the facilities at the location.
- Event Type: Buffet, Served Meal, Cocktail/Appetizer Reception, Dessert Reception
- Service: Will you need servers for your event or do you have friends/family that will be assisting you.
- Time: The of day that your reception/ dinner will take place
