Prepare yourself for a successful meeting with your caterer by considering the following questions.

1. Review the Menus at LauraDuff.com to get IDEAS! 
2. Date: Gives opportunity for proper seasonal menu planning
3. Location:  Allows menu planning that is best suited for the facilities at the location.
4. Event Type: Buffet, Served Meal,  Cocktail/Appetizer Reception,  Dessert Reception
5. Service:  Will you need servers for your event or do you have friends/family that will be assisting you.  
6. Time:  The of day that your reception/ dinner will take place
7. Number of Guests – Approximate number of guests will aid in budgeting.
8. Should guests begin eating before or after the arrival of the Bride and Groom
9. Is there a table layout that you prefer for your location?
