Best selling pork tenderloin is seared with a dry rub of cinnamon, chili powder and paprika. It is then baked in the oven with a brown sugar glaze
Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast is stuffed with a Homemade Herb Cream Cheese and Fresh Asparagus Spears. It is then rolled in a panko and parmesan mixture and baked until golden brown.
Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin
Proscuitto Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast is stuffed with Mozzarella and Fresh Basil, then wrapped in prosciutto and baked in the oven.
Roasted Pork Loin Wrapped in Pancetta and served with a Red Wine and Fig Sauce

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad – This best selling salad is served with Fresh Strawberries, Sweet N Spicy Pecans, and Fresh Goat cheese. A light Vinaigrette is served over this salad. (Seasonal)
Greek Feta Salad – English Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes and Feta cheese are tossed together with a light vinaigrette and fresh basil to make a great salad. This salad is served over Organic Spinach.
