Laura’s Signature Appetizers

Stuffed Jalapenos
Fresh jalapenos are hollowed out and filled with a creamy sausage mixture and then baked until lightly browned. This is a best seller! We can also fill these with our creamy crab mixture!

Turkey, Basil and Sandwiches
Turkey, Fresh Basil and Herb cream cheese is combined on Kirchhoff’s homemade cranberry walnut bread

Savory Mini Boursin Cheesecakes served with Grape Relish
Boursin cheese is the base for the Savory cheesecakes.  With a light panko and parmesan crust these little bites melt in your mouth.
               


Savory Crab Cheesecakes

Fresh crab, red bell peppers, smoked gouda and mushrooms are wrapped in a cream cheese mixed and      poured into a homemade crust. This is great eaten by itself or served on a slice of baguette.  These can be made in the mini cheesecake pans as well.

Fresh Asparagus is tossed with Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Artichokes, Capers, Feta Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes and Olives to create a beautiful salad.  This salad will look great in baby martini glasses.

Kirchhoff's makes extra large Foccacia breads for catering events. We slice them into finger sandwiches and pile them high with fresh toppings such as artichokes, tomatoes and olives and blue cheese and bacon. They make a table beautiful!

There are many varieties of dessert options.  During cocktail parties, it is often preferred to have small bite-sized dessert, however many prefer to have a hearty portion of dessert.  Either way we can help you.  You may want some of both.
